"GET SMART" over the next 4 weekends and join us for the message based on the timeless wisdom from the book of Proverbs in combination with small groups.  We will find out what God has to say about wisdom and see how that wisdom can help your life.

GROW by Joining us for First Wednesday on October 3rd at 7:00pm for worship and communion.  Also, by coming to Newcomers this first Sunday, October 7th, right after the 11:00 service.  If you're new and you have questions, then this is the place for you.  A complimentary meal will be served.

We have children's worship each Sunday for children from birth to 6th grade during the 9:30 am and 11:00 am services.

OUR CURRENT SERIES, "GOD is..." continues this week.

THE CHURCH PICNIC is coming up Sunday, September 9th, at Sesquicentennial State Park and we invite you to attend.  Please call the church office at 803 419-1607 to sign up.  Bring you favorite side dish or dessert and come ready to have lots of fun!  We're playing soft ball, hiking, fishing and boating. not to mention lots of jungle Jim's for the kids. We're providing hot dogs, hamburgers some barbecue and all the trimmings!  The park entry fees are as follows:

birth to age 15 - Free

16 to 64 - $2.00 each

65 on - $1.25

Kayaks, canoes, pedal Boast rent for $5.00 and hour or $15 a day and fishing boats rent for $12.00 per day.

SMALL GROUPS Will start up in September with a church wide study from the book of Proverbs which will coincide with our Sunday worship message. 

Middle School students meet during the 11:00 service each Sunday with leader Lendie Corne.

High School students meet on Wednesday evening at 6:30 width leaders Robyn and Tristin Neville.

Children's worship services are held both during the 9:30 am and the 11:00 am services for children age birth through the 6th grade.

FIRST WEDNESDAY will not be held on July the 4th so that we may honor our soldiers and celebrate our country by taking part in the many 4th of July celebrations in our community.

SMALL GROUP LEADERSHIP TRAINING will begin July 24th and end on August 28th.  It will run each Tuesday evening until August 28th beginning at 6:00 pm.  If you are currently a small group leader, an apprentice or you are interested in becoming a leader, we urge you to sign up for this training by calling the church at 803 419-1607.  Babysitters will be provided.

SECOND HELPINGS our middle school ministry will hold a pool party on July 13th from 6 to 8 pm at Caitlyn Whitney's house.  All middle school young people are invited and encouraged to bring a friend.  Contact lendie Corne at 665-5542 for any questions you may have.

NEW SERIES - "The Antidote for Sin" - continues.  Do you ever reel like sin has poisoned your life?  Join us each Sunday and find Gods antidote for sin.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING will begin July 24th and end on August 28th.  The training will be held each Tuesday evening until August 28th and will begin at 6:00 pm.  If you are currently a small group leader, an apprentice or are interested in becoming a leader we urge you to sign up for this training at the information center.  Babysitters will be provided.

VBS is almost here"  Prepare to take the plunge!!  VBS training for all volunteers will be held on Saturday June 23rd from 10 to 12 noon at the church.  You'll dive in to some food, fun, and preparation for a great VBS!!

NEWCOMERS will be June 3rd immediately after the 11:00 am service.  If you want to know more about Seacoast or want to become a member of Seacoast then we invite you to join us for a complimentary meal.  We would love to get to know you and introduce you to our leaders.

FIRST WEDNESDAY is June 6th at 7:00 pm.  If you have not attended first Wednesday then you are missing out on a sweet time of worship, prayer and communion.  Baby sitters will be provided at a donation of $2 per child (not to exceed $4 a family)  for the preschool to 5th grade group.  All other age groups are invited to attend the worship service.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING  will be held this summer for small group leaders and those interested in becoming a small group leader or apprentice.  Email larrymaio@seacoast.org if you feel the Lord is calling you to this ministry.

CONGRATULATIONS ANN MARIE!!!

Big big kudos go out to Ann Marie Taylor for her recent win for Teacher of the Year for the State of South Carolina! She was awarded a gift of $25,00 and will soon be seen zipping around town in her BMW Roadster the State rented for her for the coming year.   Ann Marie is the first special education teacher to win this award.  Ann Marie has served in our children's department as a teacher and she and her husband KT host a small group in their home.  Kt also plays and sings in the Seacoast worship band.  Ann Marie and KT have one son, Levi who can be seen each Sunday before Kidcoast starts cheering for his dad and the band.  To read more about Ann Marie click on the link below.

  • VBS - It's time again for vacation bible school!  Most of you may remember what a hit last years VBS was.  So many parents shared great stories from their children with us!  We can't wait to do it again.  The date is set for July 16 - 20th and Samantha Avery will be our VBS Champion again this year.  If you want to enroll your child or you would like to volunteer to help, please call the church office at 419-1607.

KIDSCOAST

Kidscoast meets every Sunday during the 9:30 and 11:00 am services.    Our mission is to partner with families in nurturing a child's hunger to build a life-long relationship with Jesus.  We strive to provide an environment for our children that is children focused, fun, creative, relationally focused, application oriented and secure.  We want your children to love coming to church!

Seacoast Opportunities

EASTER OPPORTUNITIES

In Ephesians 5:8 we know that "For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord."

On Easter Sunday the Father called His son Jesus Christ out of the darkness into His marvelous light and also made a way for us to have a life in The Light.

Join us on Easter weekend, April 8th , for a celebration service of the resurrection of our Savior.  The service times, which are usually 9:30am and 11:00am, will change just for Easter to 9:30am and 11:15 am.

EASTER "REACH-OUT" EVENT

Join us on Saturday, March 31st, here at the church for our "reach-out event!  We want to reach out into our community, have some fun and let people know about the word of God and worship here at Seacoast.  We're having a free car wash, jump castle and games for the kids, hot dogs and all the fix-ins, plus much more!  Eddie Corne is our "reach-out" champion and you may call him to volunteer or get more information.  His number is  803 665-5545.  Or you may email us at larrymaio@seacoast.org.

Family Easter Party

Join in the egg hunt! If you have children age birth to 5th grade, mark Saturday, April 7th from 3:30pm to 6:00pm on your calendar!  Come on out to Beth and Connally Bradley's home in Blythewood for an egg hunt, hay ride, games and a picnic.  You will need to sign up for this event and get directions to the Bradley's by calling 803 691-5218 or email larrymaio@seacoast.org.
